Fascinating article. Many people blamed Ducati's 90 degree engine angle for their handling issues...which has been completely debunked because Honda has now copied Ducati!

I still think they sold bring back the Monocoque...

Interesting article...thanks. :thumbup: I figured the 90* V was the problem as well (based on the Motomatters arguments). It seemed very reasonable. Monocoque, trellis, twin spar, whatever...they need to do something!

I guess I've missed this post for a couple of days. That's a really great article. It amazes me that Honda was able to keep secret their engine layout for so long! Hopefully with Audi's engineering resources Ducati can now chip away at fixing some of their GP bikes' problems. I doubt it will be an overnight fix, but maybe by mid-year we'll start to see some improvement.

Another good read. Thanks.:thumbup: Those dimenions/measurements, if accurate, are significantly different for the two bikes.
