Bike vs car comparisons are interesting. I've seen both MotoGP and F1 at COTA, and the lap times were really interesting:

Ferrari 458 (I think) and Porsche GT3 support class racers were putting down best laps in the 2:06 range.

MotoGP bikes were putting down best laps in the 2:01 range.

F1 cars were putting down best laps in the 1:38 (IIRC) range!! Their warm-up laps were well under 2 minutes!! The F1 cars are flat amazing, even if the series is a bit like pro wrestling with all of the stupid rules.
