Thanks to Darkduc, we are in the process of getting a Cafe Press store together that will have DNW merchandise for sale :D
Some members who have previewed the stuff have expressed concern about being a billboard or advertising machine, which is understandable.
So I thought it would be fun to come up with some fun/edgy slogans for the shirts.
Post your ideas and we'll go through them all and come up with the best which will then be available for purchase.

Things like:
"If I pull 2 of your plugs, ya think you can still beat me?"

"Why have 4 when you can't even handle 2?"

"I like Hogs, they taste good"

"Pasta is better for you than rice"

"WARNING: Objects in mirror may be slower than they appear"

"Your Cellphone
Your latte
Your kids
Your newpaper
Your makup
None are excuses for attempted murder.

Motorcycles are everywhere - PAY ATTENTION!"

Naturally, the DNW logo will be on the shirts, but let's have some fun, shall we?

Great idea Torben/DarkDuc! Personally, I think we need some punchier catchier slogans or we will wind up with some lame t-shirts that don't promote the Club or put it in the right light. So, no offense but I think we can come up with some better lines given the creative talent assembled here. Maybe others will think my ideas suck even more but I'll throw a few out that come to mind:

"Ride Hard"

"Got Duc?"

"Air-Cooled and Proud of It"

"Esprimasi" (Italiano for "Express Yourself")

"Quattro Valvole, Due Cilindri, Una Vita"
("Four Valves, Two Cylinders, One Life") (My personal favorite)

Any and all original intellectual property rights in the foregoing are hereby ceded and transferred fully and for all purposes to Desmo Northwest!

I like the "Quattro Valvole, Due Cilindri, Una Vita" one. I was looking for something like that but I suck at Italian.

Some smarty pants ones would be ok tho too don't you think? :p

Being shot out of a cannon will always be better than being squeezed out of a tube - Dr. Hunter S. Thompson

That would be great! especialy if we could get some Ralph Steadman like art work to go with it.

Go for it Jeff. we are donating proceeds to charity or something nice though eh? getting the sausage creature image on the shirts would be about the coolest thing IMO.

<steadman story>female friend of mine from outside denver ran into steadman at a bar. they were both wasted. "Young lady", he said, "you need to quit drinking hard liquor and start going to church.</steadman story>.

This probably means that he will be just fine with us putting his image on t-shirts.

Actually, the quote was four valves...

Unfortunately Cafe Press doesn't offer shirts in black.
If it's popular enough we can do a custom run using a different shop in black

I like it alot-I may order one next week.

I'd like to see maybe a black women's tank top? tho did I read they don't do black? it goes with my soul...

The shirt's pretty good. I might get one.

I've always like that women's t-shirt that said something like, "Does my bike make my butt look fast?"

Hmmmm - I think I'd rather have a black tank top as opposed to a black t-shirt (cause I NEVER wear t-shirts).

If I can find a place to do black I surely will - I wear almost 100% black anyway so it's in my best interest :)
