Lathe service needed

I have crash bobbins (with 25 mm diameter axle insert). The diameters of the front and rear axle holes are different. I would like the bobbins to sit firmly and therefore would like to shave them to the proper diameter. Does anyone have the tools to shave the insert part within some reasonable tolerance (.5 mm ?) or know someone who does?

The axle hole diameters are as follows:

front right - 25 mm (a perfect fit)
front left - 20 mm (actually, more like 19.75 ;))
rear left and right - 21 mm

I'd love to have it done by the end of the week if possible (Gman and I are doing a Portland track day on Monday). Will pay unless you insist not to charge me :D.

Thanks but I an option of modifying mine will be much les expensive. Nice sliders though.
