CONGRATULATIONS!!
:happy64::happy64::happy64::happy64::happy64:
Personal bests and victories by all today on WMRRA Round 4 Vintage Weekend
First I'd like to announce the hard fought and brilliant win by Darren Murrey #4 who pulled off an outstanding win this afternoon in the Formula Thunder race! :jumping01
Rick Rinaldo is now tied for 3rd Place in the Overall Standings! Way to go Rick.:D Having a marginal leand in the first two laps, Rick might not of even had a competitor in sight for the rest of the lap. Almost. After several laps Rick didn't even need me to give him signals...or maybe he just stopped looking ;) I think it's the new helmet:p
After weeks and many exhaustive hours of troubleshooting and fixing the 748R....that little bugger was well in hand and pulled hard under the deft hand of Lindsay Gupton. LIndsay also made a personal best on lap times, which is no small feat at this elite level nor was the time insignificant ;)
Although much too hard on herself Amber Rimes smoked more than half the field and had no problem fending them off. Except one...those pesky Kawi's. Amber looked down the straights with the steely calm of a champion while those behind her visibly yanked in frustration on the throttle trying to keep up.:confused6
I truly hope to see more members out tomorrow rooting on our racers. You will be treated to seeing some real talent and racing excitment...not to mention your own parking and paddock site!
Ciao!
