The last two Saturdays have been great DOC outings... is anyone up for another ride? The weather as of now is slated to be 60 degrees with sunny skies.

Maybe BMW is holding a shuffle puck tournament that day? Sorry Bong, I guess I feel entitled to have a little fun since I did see your Beemer hat first-hand that Saturday. :p

Paddock designation... hmm Seattle has the coffee joint, but we haven't met over to Eastside yet. We could wait and see what interest there is via thread first. Riders' ideas?

I am up for an early ride as well, heading out 10ish from DucSea. I'll be able to ride for a few hours -- I need to be back home noonish as I am splitting my 'motorcycle time' over two days with the Saturday ride and the Sunday MotoGP gathering. ;)

The way I read it we have a short day to accommodate all members unless the shorts peel off at Stanwood and the longs continue the approximately 130 mile Whidbey Island route. Whatever, I read meeting at 0900, see you all then. 750 Scorpio

The weather report pedictes dense fog this morning therefore I am staying close to home until it lifts. I'll do a short south end this afternoon. Keep the group between the lines. 750 Scorpio

I'll also probably take a short-one sometime late morning/afternoon unless the Auto Show gets in-the-way.

Offer open to anyone thinking about heading South today.

Well I went out looking for you guy's this morning, Pioneer Hwy. to Stanwood, then back to Conway and waited for 30 min. or so. Then back to Anacortes where the plan was for lunch, but as usual no sighting's of any Seattle area bike's. I just really wish that when a ride is planned and posted that someone would at least follow the plan, but I guess I should have known better.

Well...that ride was too long for a few of us that had other things to do today, so everyone just tooled around the Carnation/North Bend area. One person (Ken I think?) headed up that way, but I'm not sure if he followed the exact route laid out since it was just him.

WHEW! Yes, Ken soloed the planned route. Ended being more like 230 miles. Met a new Duc owner from Laconnor at the summit of Erie, introduced him to DesmoNW and gave him a business card. He was rock climbing Erie with a couple of his buds. I had lunch in Laconnor at an excellent fish & chip shop. Fog bank was in & out most of the day. Rode the ferry and chatted with a Bemer 1200S 2006 rider, very nice machine. Well that's it, let I have some wine and see some of yous tomorrow at Jillian's. Ciao;)
