Here are some photos I shot of the Desmosedici at Eastside MotoSports last Saturday. It was cool to see it up close with the upper and lower fairings removed.

Yeah, well... they had the name on the fairing wrong...

It's supposed to be spelled...

Found more parts... I wanted to fondle the bike... but all I got to fondle were PIECES! *shrug* a girl's gotta take what she can get tho ;) A girl fondling 16RR parts (and appreciating them) is hotter than a ducati bikini ANY day of the week...

I'll hug it and squeeze it and call it GEORGE! I think motoGP red is a good color for me, don't you?!

George? Not Fabrizio? You're so right, red is definitely your color. Perhaps a red sbk is in your future this summer?

Ok... so... where did they put the water pump??? Looks like the lines are routed way back behind the left engine case... am I missing something???

Edit: longer lines = more cooling between the pump and the radiator???

Ahh, now I see IMG_0924 seems to show it well -- the H2O pump is under the slave-cyl. I guess it gets a little more protection down there between the left foot peg and the engine case. Nevertheless, I wonder if SpeedyMoto will be selling a billet aftermarket H2O pump cover for the D16RR?

She is pretty hot to start with, take her close off and it's even better. Thanks for the pic's!!! Not a lot of room for anything else.
