    Default California Emissions Equipment Removal

I removed the unit from my 02 Monster S4 but have a question about
re-routing the overflow (or pressure equalizing) hose. This is hose that
ran from the fuel tank to the evaporative canister (it did have some
    gasoline in it).

The original overflow (or pressure equalizing) hose ran along the right side
of the frame into the engine area and was just hanging loose there - the
loose end of this hose was well above its starting point at the canister.

The question is if I can just re-route the hose without thinking of how it
runs or should I create a special shape with this hose to prevent air
    sucking or continuous gasoline spilling.

    Thanks.

I ran that hose down and through a hole in the bottom of the fairing on my 853. For your monster, you can route it along with the battery vent drain tube - if you have one.
